My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was great, close to the hustle and bustle of Legian but still quiet, the rooms left a lot to be desired with noise issues and uncleanliness. The service was friendly, which was a plus, but the dining experience was quite disappointing. Overall, I feel it could be much better for the price paid.

I was really let down by the rooms. They were noisy, lacked privacy, and the bathroom was in poor condition with mold. The bedding and towels were stained, and I was disappointed to find two single beds pushed together instead of the double I requested.

The room was mostly comfortable but quite noisy at night, which made it challenging to sleep. The service was lovely, as the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite basic, missing a bit of variety, which is something I would have liked to see.

While the location is actually good, just a few minutes from Legian street, the overall condition of the rooms and facilities really brought my experience down. The price might have been affordable, but I expected better quality for what I paid.
